关于 Zend Server 的一些思考 (公司英文博客)

The Zend Server has two versions:

One is just a version of WAMP with web based gui;

One is commercial and installed some optimization of WAMP

It dose provide better performance, but two factors need to be considered:

1. need dedicated people to take care of it, since it require some specific knowledge
2. from the community discussion, the performance enhancement is quite limited.

So the best solution for huge improvement of performance will be: Zend Server+Zend Platform+ Zend Guard

But some most efficient components they are commercially licensed, and have to utilize it at coding level, which also means this code can't be run on common WAMP structure anymore, which means more investment on purchase and human resource.
